I am currently a chemical engineer graduate student taking MS Chemical Engineering
In UG Level, I took MATH 333, the registrar cannot accept registering MATH 513
What will be the case, should I take MATH 513 or be waived?
Any suggestions?

I’m not sure if they would count it towards your MS given that you are a Chemical Engineering. As usually they count one course from the undergraduate level in the MS provided you took more electives than the required and it has to be an elective too.
In your case best course of action is to take STAT 511. Graduate students ( other than MATH students) usually take one of these two.
