Dr. Duggan talks about strategic intuition. He says people are taught how to analyze a situation and how to plan and implement an idea but they don’t know the proper way to get that idea. Getting an idea is a slow process and happens as a flash in the mind, so the best way to get it is by strategic intuition. He says the it is a recent science in the brain. There are four steps to have a good idea to happen in your mind and he explained how to apply them.

David says that if you look back from the year the internet has been introduced to the people until now and see what people have responded to we can identify some core behaviors.
So what is the thing that makes people come back to the internet?
David found that there are five things:
1- People seek to access.
2- People seek to engage.
3- People seek to customize their digital experience.
4- People seek opportunities to connect.
5- People seek to collaborate.
So by looking to those five behaviors we can find five strategies that can be applied throw many different industries.
