We’ve made some important changes to our category structure based on old feedback from long-time users and the capabilities of our new system, which integrates tags for better organization. Many of the older categories have been converted to tags to provide more flexibility.

Why Tags?
We’ve introduced tags to help further categorize discussions. Tags allow you to label your posts with relevant topics, making it easier for other users to find content related to specific subjects. Tags are flexible and can be applied across categories, giving you more control over how you organize and find content.
For example, instead of having separate categories for each company under the Career category, now you can use tags like Aramco and Sabic to make discussions more specific.
