ما عندي خليفة كبيرة بس
ادارة المشاريع هي bussines line فيها عدة اقسام
البعض مسئول عن المشاريع المتعلقة بالانابيب والبعض متعلقة بالمشاريع الصغيرة وهم موجودين في مناطق مثلا المنطقة الشمالية او الجنوبية…
واحيانا يجتمع اشخاص من كل الاقسام على مشروع كبير كمعمل غاز وبعد المشروع يوزعونهم في اقسام المشاريع
طبيعة العمل في تنقولات حتى لو كان مكان دوامك ثابت انت تلحق المشاريع
ادارة المشاريع فرصة انك تطور نفسك وحتى لو بغيت تطلع منها بتحصل واحد يبدل معك لانها مرغوبة

ادار مشاريع الوسطى والغربيه ايش رايكم فيها من جميع النواحي في احد سمع عنها ابغى اعرف طبيعة العمل لو سمحتوا
تسلموون ويعطيكم الف عافيه.
بإعتقادي إنها من أفضل الأقسام في ارامكو
وناس كثير ينقلون من ادارات عدة إلى هذا القسم
ممكن مشكلته / إنك تطلع ع المشاريع في اماكنها ،، مثلاً : الاوفيس تبعك في الظهران
ممكن تطلع إلى ينبع / جيزان / منيفة … لمدة سنة أو سنتين إلى مدة نهاية المشروع … وهكذا
وكل شيء مدفوع الثمن … من انتدابات وغيرها
رأيي/ إذا قبلوك في هالقسم … توكل ع الله وبدون تردد

Unfortunately I have no Arabic keyboard but I had to write our Islamic greetings from what I remember.
Based on my knowledge and from what I heard, PMT is one of the best department in ARAMCO due to many advantages that you might consider as dis advantage!
The PMT stands for Project Management, the basic work of this department is to manage project. When there is a project there is a proponent for this project which is the department that requested to establish this project. Let’s say that Industrial Security Department (ISD) requested a project which is building a new office; the proponent which is the ISD will state it’s over all request of the office, i.e. 2 rooms, 2 A/C, 3 desks , etc. without a detail design. When their proposal is accepted, here comes the part of PMT to work; now the ISD will turn their papers to PMT and PMT will do a full detail design and study of the cost and will look for the contractor to work it out, after the detail design is done by PMT and accepted, the PMT will continue to insure everything is going right with the project, for example: they will contact the contractor, visit the site if necessary, contact the proponent (ISD in this case), in short words “Manage the project”. After the project is done, the PMT will ask the proponent to close the project by signing the closer form and here the PMT part is done.
PMT Advantages:
1- Lot of courses for employees may be out of kingdom.
2- A car will be given for the employee from the beginning for him full time, for work purpose.
3- No limit for promotions – no grades limit-. *some department have grade limit, let’s say max is 15*.
4- It consists of management and engineering, which is good in my opinion.
5- The promotion is fast compared to other departments.
6- Payment –not sure- is better. (this is related to the fast promotion).
7- Lots of travels or visits.
8- Since you are managing the projects, you kind of have a power
If there is any missunderstanding I will be more than happy to help you base on my knowledg.
The information I provided are from my prother and other employees in my department who have worked in PMT.
NOTE: PMT department is considered one of the best departments in ARAMCO and lots of employee want to work there.

و انا على ما أسمع فعلا ال بي ام تي واحد من افضل الأقسام في ارامكو ولكن يعيبه التنقلات فقط

كيف هي طبيعة العمل. ساعات العمل؟ هل يشتغل في الويكيند او لا؟ اذا طلع اسايمنت خارج المنطقه الي هو فيها هل يبقى هناك لين ينتهي المشروع او يرجع اجازاة العيد والويكند؟
