شباب وصلني ايميل قبل كم يوم عن asme club . ياليت اللي عنده معلومات عن هالنادي يعملنا ؟ وش الفايدة منه ؟ وش طبيعته والخ ؟؟

يعني معقولة 24 مشاهدة و ولا واحد منهم يعرف شي عن هالنادي ؟؟ ولا ماوصلكم الايميل ؟؟!!
لو تواصلت معهم حتفهم ايش هي …
اتوقع انها عضوية في الجمعية الامريكية للمهندسين المكانيكيين …
بالله لو عرفت عنها شئ فول لنا … أو إذا عرفت شئ راح أقول لكم
أخوي مسجل بالنادي لكن خارج السعودية … الحين هو متخرج الله يسعده
حتى أذكر انه ملصق استكر asme على سيارته

هدي الجمعية تعتبر المرجعية الاساسية لكل ما يتعلق بالهندسة الميكانيكية في جميع مجالاتها.
الان في اي شركة مختصة بالهندسة الميكانيكية… ادا بيعملو تصميم او صيانة او اي شي من هدا القبيل… لازم يرجعو لكتب هده الجمعية asme … سواء لاختيار المواد المستخدمه, المسافات والاطوال او حتى طريقة التركيب.
اتمنى اني افدتكم…
لا السؤال انه لما تكون عضو في الجمعيه هذي ، وش اللي لك وش اللي عليك ؟؟ يعني بمعنى ثاني اش راح استفيد من العضوية و في نفس الوقت اش المطلوب مني اني اقدم لهالجمعيه ؟؟

Dear all,
First of all I would like to thank all of you for contacting and for showing interest in participating in the first ASME student chapter in Saudi Arabia!
I would like to explain the main idea of the club, then I will display the objective of the club, later I will display the structure of our club, finally I will display the available roles.
As some of you might know, ASME “American Society of Mechanical Engineers” is an international society built to enhance engineering performance from many aspects, i.e. developing professional leadership programs, workshops and seminars, writing codes and standards to be followed in many aspects and industries.
The objective of student sections as stated by ASME is the following: “The purpose of a Student Section is: to provide an opportunity for students to begin their professional careers by joining a professional engineering society; to inform students of recent developments in the field of mechanical engineering through publications, field trips and meetings; to promote fellowship and interaction with other student sections, as well as professional sectors of the Society.”
Please find the attached file to find the structure of the club.
A member is not obligated to take a leading role, and if member does take a leading role, he has every right to participate in any project and/or research as long as it doesn’t affect his performance in his management role, i.e. Any group leader may participate in any project.
We need members with leadership skills, computer skills, financial skills and organization skills, to help manage the club and to ensure high performance and efficiency, therefore if you find yourself having any of these skills please enroll in a suitable position.
Available roles:
Vise Chair: Vise President, which takes the role of the Chair in case he is not available and manages all group leaders.
Multimedia Group Leader: Management of Short Videos and Posters units.
Treasurer: Financial Advisor, collects membership fees and manages club receipts.
Secretary: Administration work (Freshmen only!!!)
Seminar Unit Leader: Organizing club seminars and inviting professionals.
PR KFUPM: ANY KFUPM correspondence
PR Private: ANY Private company correspondence
PR Federal: ANY governmental correspondence
Projects Unit Leader: Organizes all ongoing and future projects, and international competitions.
Research Unit Leader: Organizes all ongoing and future research projects.
Database: Designs a club database and keeps it up to date.
Email: Keeps a daily track of club email.
Facebook and Youtube: Designs a facebook and youtube page and updates frequently.
Website design: Designs Club website and modifies it.
Social Event1: Organize a social event.
Social Event2: Organize a social event.
Attached, you will find a membership form, some might need to pay the 25USD fees and some might not (Freshmen fees are waived.). Kindly fill up the form and prepare the fees as soon as possible since we will need to collect them as soon as possible to send them to ASME.
The statement above does not apply to existing members.

اخ حسن مشكور على ردك لكن في أسئلة في بالي لم تجاوبنا عليه في ردك ، وهي :
1- طلاب ال freshman و sophomore ممكن يسجلوا ولا لا ؟
2- اش يعني field of interest ؟
3- في حال قبولنا ، وين راح تكون اجتماعاتنا ؟؟ هل في مقر للنادي ؟؟
4- هل النادي أهلي أم تطوعي ؟؟ يعني هل يتوجب علي ان ادفع رسوم مقابل اي فعالية اشترك فيها ؟؟
5- اش الفايدة المعنوية اللي راح استفيدها من هذا النادي ؟؟
أرجو منك يا اخ حسن او من الشباب اللي عندهم اجابات على أسئلتي انهم يردون علي في أسرع وقت حتى نتمكن من اتخاذ قرار إما بالتسجيل أو عدمه .

وبكل شركة قبل اي مشروع او خلال اي مشروع او في الصيآنه يعتبر ASME المرجع الإساسي فيها من نآحيه الستداندر الي موجود عندهم وهم يمشو عليه
وانا اشوف انها فرصه كبيرررة للطلآب إنهم يتشركو بالنآدي هذا …

About your questions:
1- The door is open for all students from all majors for all levels
2- Your most interested subject in your major.
Example: Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or Fluids or Heat Transfer or Mechanics, etc…
And any special skills you have like Photoshop, Database design, Website designing, Leadership skills, etc…
3- I will make sure we get a base for the club by the beginning of semester 101
4- ASME is an international organization, you need to pay fees to me a member, which would be a strong additive to your CV. Participating is voluntarily.
5- Being involved in a professional environment, associating with your fellow colleagues, Participating in international contest and proving your place as a KFUPM Engineer, being more familiar with the department and professors. and many more personal benefits every
