Job Title: Marketing Assistant Reporting line: Marketing Manager
Department/ Division: Marketing/ Commercial Business Unit: Houseware Retail
Job Summary:
Develop, evaluate and deploy marketing initiatives and promotions, while being accountable on delivering the initiatives objectives, additionally manage the cross functional team integration into related projects and execute the agreed Marketing Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and evaluate stores traffic sources as well as shopper/customers profiles
- Look for new incremental traffic sources on ongoing basis
- Customize marketing plans to ensure attracting the right traffic
- Understand consumer shopping behavior in each store and accordingly manage right merchandizing level
- Monitor, evaluate and propose action plans on competitive activities
- Monitor and evaluate sales trends and accordingly customize marketing plans
- Evaluate and implement national marketing plans on a regional level
- Liaise with media and advertising agencies ensure effective development and implementation of the plans
- Implement brand equity standards on store level. (merchandizing, communication, layout …etc)
Skills
- Exceptional oral & written communication skills in both Arabic & English
- Creative and initiative
- High sensitivity to deadlines and ability to flow through on related activities
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle various responsibilities, when needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Benefits:
- 25% of the basic salary housing fees
- 10% of the basic salary Transportation fees
- annul bonas upto 4 basic salary
