• What we have in mind for you is a special program with 12 months of extensive grooming, including word class on the-job as well as off-the-job training. After which, you will be assigned to a division/projects at ACC across kingdom that would best suit your skills.
• Chosen Candidate will also have the Privilege of being exposed to a host of competence –building procedures and projects in the line of business. Management and general managerial skills, they will be moulded into the true leaders that they are and were meant to be, The know – how and confidence instilled in them to take on any challenge coming their way. If you are between 22- 28 years of age and an excellent team player, with the kind of outlook and personality that brands you as natural leader, and then you do certainly have potential to make waves in the corporate world. You do however need to have a degree/professional qualification and have the added requisite of an excellent command of both written and oral communication in English & Arabic.
