you will be supporting electrical technicians when they are performing their duty.
you will gain an excellent technical field experience
you will be doing RCM studies

my advise for you is to take this opportunity
as an electrical engineer you should start from maintenance
in maintenance you will understand how is the power flow and most of the electrical equipment
in the interview, as a fresh graduate they will only concentrate on your understanding of theory and your willingness to learn
