Wallah it depends on the chairman of the club, in the last years, we had a very active chairman and the EE club was one of the best clubs in kfupm. However, there are some chairmans who consider the club as their own belongings, it is a shared facility and the more people who contribute, the better the club is.

صراحة سووووووووووووووووء تنظيم بشكل لم اتوقعه في اي نادي في العالم

وهناك رئيس لجنة ثابت له مدري كم سنة ومامنه اي فايدة تذكر سوى توزيع العضوية على شلته بدون ما يسووا اي شي… بس ما باقول اسمه

لكن هل بامكانك أن تعطينا أمثلة على بعض الأسئلة العامة و الشخصية التي تم طرحها عليك خارج نطاق تخصصك؟
يعني أسئلة مثل: كلمنا عن نفسك, لماذا اخترت شركتنا؟ ما الراتب الذي تتوقعه؟ … إلخ ( أو أي أسئلة هدفها تحليل شخصيتك).
هل سألوك أسئلة مثل هذه؟
إذا كان الجواب نعم, أرجو أن تعطينا بعض الأمثلة, مع ذكر أسماء الشركات, وكيف كانت ردودك عليهم, و شكرا.

absher wallah, first i will start with sabic, because i had 2 interview there, one with hadeed and the other one with aljubial united(the new one)

  1. the first Q that sabic guys will ask you, especially if you have a good gpa, is will join aramco if they accepted you?:smiley: they suffer from this problem, in 2002, 35 electrical engineer resigned from different savic companies and joined aramco, i know 17 of them !:wink:

for this Q, the best answer is to throw the ball into their field, say" if i was happy with you and the work environment was too healthy and i found appreciation, then why would i take the risk and join aramco? :sunglasses:

  1. The second Q is is aljubail fine with u? can you live in this city? well, i think there is no problem with that.

  2. Sabic guys then go straight for techincal and tough Q’s once they feel secured regarding the above subjects!

STC, you will face mostly people who have old mentality, unless you were lucky and face people from kfupm, who are well educated. They asked me one Q, talk about yourself!!!!! :thinking: I told him, be specific my friend, it will take a whole day from me, you ask me Q’s and i will answer you. The purpose of this Q is to test your english skills.

  1. Aramco, wallah it is the best and the easiest, they ask you simple technical Q’s but they need to test your english skills. In general, once aramco call you for interview, you are 80% inshalah accepted. However, they wanna make sure that you have no problem in location. They asked me, do you mind to work in jezan? i told them, once i joined engineering, i knoew that location should be no concern for me, otherwise, i should join another college.

Other Q’s, why did you join kfupm? and hy electricla engineering? those depends on you.

Ahleen abu slooh, well you are right, an instrument doesnt need to know about power distribution and protection. However, " bainy we bainek", I might convert to the castle of the power in aramco " PDD", power distribution dept. So, I need to refresh my memory. I didnt take EE-466, so if you have a good notes for this course i will be so glad, especially for Abiedo or Mantawi.
